I have emailed customer service 5 times with no reply and there is not even a voicemail on their number. My package arrived damaged and half my body spray had spilled in the box. I want them to send out a new bottle as their products are not cheap. Horrible communication and customer service!
I HAVE YET TO RECEiVE MY PACKAGE AND EMAILED SOL DE JANEIRO ABOUT IT. THEY DO NOT ANWER THEIR CHATS OR EMAILS EVER!!! I have chatted with them for the past 2 weeks and no one replies. I have left many emails and no one replies. I have spent over
$200 products that have yet to come. It says delivered and it was not. DISGUSTED..DISGUSTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY!
Need to return a body cream I had bought as I had a bad reaction it, so far haven't received a response from them and it has been over a week. When you contact them, they claim that they are experiencing a high number of emails due to switching carriers (not true, they are still using FedEx...), and that it will take 5-7 days for a customer service representative to get back to you. Well, 7 days have gone by now and still no response sadly.
I should have ordered the cream from Sephora, but I had points from previous orders and a discount so of course I had to use it. Also, their standard shipping is sooooo slow, they use FedEx Smartpost for their basic shipping, and it is the worst option a company can give you to get your things to you. I have had so many issues with Smartpost deliveries and wish companies would stop using it, just going with the USPS is so much faster. It took nearly a month for me to get this package from New Jersey to California, literally 2 weeks for the package to get out of the distribution centre in NJ. I was pretty sure at some point that they had lost the package because it wasn't moving at all. Frustrating all around.
I placed an order totaling $123.00 yesterday, I paid for FedEx 2nd day air. Everything was fine, order went through perfectly. Waited for a confirmation which was emailed to me quickly after placing the order. The problem came about this afternoon when I got a message saying that their distribution center in my region was closed yesterday and today due to inclement weather.... that’s a really crappy thing to find out since I paid for what I figured was rushed shipping. I reached out to them and was told I cannot get a refund for the 2nd day air, even though I won’t be getting my order until the end of next week. If I had known that prior I would have stuck with the standard shipping. if they’re having issues sending their orders out maybe do away with the rushed shipping option until they’re caught up. This is my first time ordering from their site. From now on I’ll be checking if they’re in stock at a Sephora close by before placing an order through the products website. Disappointing
I purchased $70 worth of merchandise from this company. I never received my items and was told by the company that they are not responsible for missing packages. The delivery service also claimed no responsibility even after noting it was left outside. Require a signature so items are received safely! This order was already an unnecessary splurge which I deeply regret.
I purchased $70 worth of products from this website. I never received the package. I contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do about it. The delivery service was also unwilling to do anything as they said they left it on the porch. This company needs to require a signature if they are going to be so unhelpful and unapologetic about missing packages. I splurged $70 on nothing.
Not the best customer service I've had... I placed my order almost 6 days ago, in the order confirmation email it said it would be shipped in 1-3 days... hasn't shipped and I have not received any emails. I reached out to customer service and they said they have a lot of orders due to the holidays and there's going to be a delay in my order. They didn't tell me if my order was put together or anything all they said was they received it. I understand with the virus and everything it's subject to a delay. It might've been nice to include in the email I got. Not too happy but I do love their products. Next time I will go to Sephora and just pick it up myself.
I'm very old now and my skin is wrinklier and drier than ever. It's very sensitive and quite dry so finding a product that would suit my old skin was a hassle. I found Sol de Janeiro and I'm going to use it till I pass because these products are wonderful on my skin. I love it.
I use their bum bum body scrub and gosh do I love it. The hydration is spot on, the scent is amazing and it does not leave my skin greasy too. Seriously mindblown by how amazing my skin feels after I use the scrub. I use it every other day and especially before I shave to have a great shave. Keep up the great work SdJ
